In 2017 after seeing how women were represented and treated he decided to create ITP Babes.

Designed to help women become leaders within the modelling and performing industry by providing promotion, brand development and helping to find work opportunities whilst giving them opportunities to have a say in how ITP Babes is run.

 

Since then ITP Babes has grown and has now expanded from the U.K. and is now representing women in USA, Australia and Europe.
